R E S E R V A T I O N S

A signed contract and non-refundable/non-transferable 30% retainer is required to secure your booking.
Retainer will not be refunded for no-show or cancellations.
Dates and scheduled makeup times will only be reserved when a signed contract and retainer are received, no exceptions.
Advanced bookings (up to one year) reserved for groups of 4 or more. For bookings with less than 4 services, reservation can be made 30 days in advance.

T R A V E L

A travel fee will be charged to every mobile booking, prices will vary on the distance and location
For bookings requiring return services or travel to multiple locations, additional travel fee will apply.
Additional fees may be applied for parking or toll highways.
Travel/on-location services are not available to Bridal Previews. Client must have trial done with Artist in home space in Ajax, Ontario.
For bookings requiring 90 minutes or more of one-way travel, hotel or Airbnb accommodation is necessary, along with a travel fee.

A D D I T I O N A L

Earliest booking time is 7:00 am. For bookings prior to 7:00 am, $50 per hour prior will apply.
For bookings requiring an assistant, an additional artist fee will be charged to cover their hiring and travel costs.
DC. ARTISTRYTO offers makeup services only, hair styling is not available.
